Which platforms does Voxily work on?
X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit are supported. The Voxily icon appears inside reply boxes so you do not need to switch tabs or paste between apps.
Will replies actually sound like me?
That is the goal. Use personas, writing examples, and your knowledge base to teach Voxily your vocabulary, sentence rhythm, and preferred tone. Mood-aware variations let you pick the angle that fits each thread.
Does Voxily post for me?
No. Voxily drafts text in the composer or in chat. You review, edit, and send the final reply yourself.
What is included in Free?
Free includes 10 AI replies per day, 3 Voxily Chat creations per day, voice cloning, Fix My Reply, 1 persona, and 5 knowledge base entries with text or file upload.
Can I upload files into my knowledge base?
Yes. Persona and Knowledge Base setup supports three modes: Write, Upload Text, and Upload File (PDF, DOC, DOCX, MD, TXT). Voxily extracts the text, shows an AI summary preview, and only stores the text, never the original file.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and keep Pro access until the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I contact support?
Email support@getvoxily.com and include the platform, browser version, and what you were trying to generate.
What data is sent to AI?
When you generate a draft, Voxily sends the relevant visible post context, your selected persona settings, saved knowledge text needed for the request, and your draft instructions to the Voxily API. Uploaded files are processed locally to extract text, only the extracted text is persisted, never the file itself. The API uses Groq to generate the draft.
Does Voxily read DMs or private messages?
Voxily is designed for composer-based drafting on supported pages. It does not automatically read your inbox, send messages, or post private messages for you. If you use the DM Generator, you are responsible for reviewing and sending any draft manually.
Where is account and billing data handled?
Authentication and app data use Convex. AI requests route through a Cloudflare Worker to Groq. Pro checkout and subscription status are handled by Polar. Voxily does not collect card numbers.
Can I delete my data?
You can clear local extension data from your browser and request account, persona, history, or subscription-related data deletion by emailing support. Some billing records may be retained by Polar for legal and tax requirements.
Will Voxily put my account at risk?
Voxily is a human-in-the-loop drafting assistant. It never posts, likes, follows, or sends anything for you, it uses no X API, and it asks for no scripting permission. Every 2026 enforcement action we know of targets replies posted without a human in the loop. You still have to follow the rules of X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit, and you must not use Voxily for spam, deception, scraping, or bulk posting.
Why does the extension need permissions?
Voxily needs site access on supported social platforms to detect reply composers, read visible context for the active draft, and insert generated text into the composer you are using.
