Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

By installing or using the Voxily Chrome extension, website, or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Voxily.

1. What Voxily Does

Voxily is a Chrome extension and hosted service that uses AI to help draft replies, posts, and outreach text for platforms such as X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Voxily generates suggestions based on visible context, user-provided settings, personas, knowledge entries, and instructions.

Voxily does not auto-post, auto-send, auto-like, auto-follow, or take social account actions on your behalf. You must review, edit, and manually post any content you choose to use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Voxily only for lawful, responsible purposes. You must not:

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if use of the Service creates legal, security, abuse, billing, or platform risk.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Voxily may offer a free plan with usage limits and a Pro plan with higher usage and advanced features. Pro features may include higher or unlimited drafting usage subject to fair use, moods and variations, Brand Mode, DM Generator, personas, knowledge base, history, and other paid capabilities shown in the product.

Pro subscriptions are processed through Polar. Billing may be monthly or annual. You may cancel from the customer portal when available. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the active billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated during checkout.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, offensive, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to use any generated content. Voxily does not guarantee that generated content will improve engagement, avoid moderation, comply with every platform rule, or be safe for every context.

5. Your Content and Product Data

You retain ownership of content you create and post. By using Voxily, you grant Voxily the limited rights needed to process your inputs, product settings, personas, knowledge, and generated drafts to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

Voxily relies on third-party services, each governed by its own terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

7. Platform Compliance

Voxily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, or Chrome Web Store unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for complying with every platform and community rule where you use Voxily. Do not use Voxily to evade platform safeguards, create spam, or automate prohibited behavior.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue Voxily or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Voxily does not promise specific revenue, follower growth, response rates, ranking improvements, account safety outcomes, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxily and its creators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, account restrictions, moderation actions, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
